History & Background

When the founder rescued a critically injured stray husky with matted fur and haunted eyes from a highway—a simple act sparked a movement.

The American National Cat Dog Pet Foundation began as a grassroots volunteer group operating out of a donated garage; we’ve since grown into a nationally recognized force for animal welfare. Our first breakthrough came with the launch of our 24/7 rescue hotline, followed by partnerships with several shelters.

The 2018 “No-Kill Pledge” cemented our reputation for refusing to compromise on vulnerable lives. Today, we operate our rehabilitation center and a mobile veterinary unit, but our core remains unchanged: boots-on-the-ground compassion.

From that single saved husky to over 10,000+ success stories, every scar healed and the tail wagged proves one truth—ordinary people can create extraordinary change when united by purpose.
